If your consignment number starts with JD0002269 your delivery will require a signature. If there is no-one at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left containing the contact details of the courier so that you can re-arrange delivery or arrange a collection.
The courier will only hold the parcel for a couple of days though, so please contact them as soon as possible.
If your consignment number starts with JD00022252 a signature will not be required and if there is no-one at the delivery address to accept delivery the goods will be left in a safe location.
Please note deliveries take place between 7am and 9pm. We regret that we're unable to make tracing enquiries until the day after your scheduled delivery date.
This order can no longer be cancelled online. If you have since changed your mind and no longer require the goods, please either refuse delivery, or accept delivery but do not open or use the product.
